Terms of Service

Last updated: September 12, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and VisitVerity (“VisitVerity”, “we”, “us”) governing your use of the VisitVerity platform. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use VisitVerity on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it.

1. The service

VisitVerity provides privacy-first website analytics, including event and conversion analytics, heatmaps, funnels, cross-session journeys, form analytics, masked session replay, and explainable traffic-quality signals. Features and limits depend on the plan shown on our website and in your account.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate registration and billing details, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. Only an organization owner may manage its subscription.

3. Plans and usage limits

VisitVerity offers a Free plan and paid monthly plans. Each plan has limits for projects, monthly events, data retention, session replay, and other features, as displayed before purchase and on the Billing page. If an account exceeds its plan limits, we may restrict new projects, event collection, data retention, or plan-specific features until usage falls within the limit or the account upgrades.

4. Paid subscriptions, billing, and renewal

We may change paid-plan prices or limits in the future. We will provide reasonable advance notice of a material change, and a price change will apply no earlier than a future renewal, unless you expressly agree otherwise.

5. Cancellation and plan changes

You may cancel a paid subscription from the Billing page or by emailing info@visitverity.com. Self-service cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current paid billing period: paid access continues until that date and no later renewal will be charged. Cancellation does not automatically refund a charge already made; refund eligibility is explained in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

When paid access ends, the account returns to the Free plan or any other entitlement for which it qualifies. Lower project, event, feature, and retention limits then apply. Data older than the applicable retention period may be permanently deleted, so export any data you need before paid access ends.

Deleting a paid VisitVerity account also requires its recurring Razorpay subscription to be cancelled. We attempt that cancellation before deleting account data and stop the deletion if Razorpay cannot confirm it, so an active mandate is not orphaned. You can also cancel from the Billing page before deleting the account.

6. Refunds

Refund requests are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits refund or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Your responsibilities as a customer

Because VisitVerity processes data about your website’s visitors on your behalf, you have important obligations:

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to violate any law or third-party right; disrupt, overload, probe, or attempt unauthorized access to the platform; reverse-engineer the service except where law expressly permits it; resell the service without permission; upload malicious code; use the service to build a competing product; or track individuals unlawfully or without a valid legal basis.

9. Data ownership

You retain ownership of analytics data collected for your projects. You grant us the limited rights necessary to host and process that data to provide, secure, maintain, and support the service. You can export your account configuration and permanently delete your account and associated analytics data from the Account page, subject to the cancellation warning in section 5.

10. Intellectual property

VisitVerity, including its software, design, and trademarks, remains our property. These Terms grant you only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service in accordance with your plan and these Terms.

11. Service availability and changes

We may add, change, suspend, or remove features and may perform maintenance. Unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing, the service does not include a service-level or uptime guarantee. We will use reasonable efforts to avoid materially reducing a paid plan during its current billing period.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that analytics results will be complete or accurate.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VisitVerity will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunity. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim or USD 100. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold VisitVerity harmless from third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of the service or your breach of these Terms, including failure to provide required privacy notices or obtain required visitor consent.

15. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account for material breach of these Terms, unlawful activity, security risk, or non-payment. Where reasonably possible, we will give notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue. Account and analytics data is retained or deleted according to the applicable plan, our Privacy Policy, and your deletion choices.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms and will revise the date above. We will communicate material changes where appropriate. If a material change adversely affects an active paid subscription, you may cancel before the change takes effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Courts of competent jurisdiction in India will have jurisdiction, except where mandatory local law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

18. Contact

Questions, billing notices, and legal notices concerning these Terms can be sent to info@visitverity.com.
